Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill, as amended, in Section 20. (a), in line 252,  by inserting after the phrase "General Laws” the following: - “; and provided further, that funds may be used to support the study and development of district energy systems, including municipal plans for appropriate siting of district energy projects, micro-grids, and combined heat and power systems”
