Streamlining implementation timelines

Mr. Hecht of Watertown move to amend the bill, as amended, in Section 21, in line 303 by striking the following: “2021” and inserting in place thereof “2020.”; in section 22, in line 306, by striking the following: “December 31, 2022” and inserting in place thereof “June 30, 2021”; in section 23, in line 309, by striking the following “December 31, 2023” and inserting in place thereof “June 30, 2022”; and in section 24, in line 313, by striking the following “2021” and inserting in place thereof “2020.”
