Amendment #13 to H5102

Expanding Access to Adoption

Mr. Lewis of Framingham moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

SECTION XX. Section 1 of chapter 210 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in at the first sentence, the words “, or brother, sister, uncle or aunt, of the whole or half blood”.
