Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section X, in line xxxx-xxxx  that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to Springfield Partners, Inc. for the AWAKE program in Springfield, to provide comprehensive youth development and violence prevention services to at-risk youth.” .
