Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in Section 2, by adding the following, “provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Methuen Arlington Neighborhood, Inc. to increase and enhance entrepreneurial opportunities, neighborhood investment, revitalization activities, and self-sufficiency of low and moderate-income residents of the Methuen Arlington Neighborhood in the City of Methuen.”
