Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in Section 2, by adding the following, “provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Arlington Community Trabajando to provide essential services to economically disadvantaged residents in the City of Lawrence.”
