Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line than $5,000 shall be expended for the Association of Black Business Professionals to promote and provide technical assistance to minority small businesses to advance, economic development and employment." and in said item by striking out the figures "xxxxxxxx" and inserting in place thereof the figures "xxxxxxxx".
