Merrimack Valley Reserve – PAC + Language Change

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill SECTION XX. Item 1599-2018 of section 2A of chapter 273 of the acts of 2018 is hereby amended by adding the following words:- ; and provided further, that funds may be expended for the Massachusetts emergency management agency to respond to any natural disaster or emergency event and to prepare for any future events.
