Amendment #35 to H5102

Municipal Caucuses

Mr. Gordon of Bedford moves to amend the bill by adding the following sections:-

SECTION XX.  Subsection (a) of section 1 of chapter 45 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the words “June 30, 2020” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- June 30, 2021.

SECTION XX.  Said subsection (a) of said section 1 of said chapter 45 is hereby further amended by striking out the words “August 1, 2020” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- August 1, 2021.

SECTION XX.  Said chapter 45 is hereby further amended in Section 1A by striking out the words "March 23, 2020 and July 31, 2020" inserting in place thereof the following words:- January 1, 2021 and August 1, 2021

SECTION XX.  The second paragraph of section 4 of said chapter 45 is hereby further amended by striking out the words “June 30, 2020” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- August 1, 2021.

SECTION XX.  Subsection (a) of section 5 of said chapter 45 is hereby further amended by striking out the words “June 30, 2020” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- August 1, 2021.
