Mrs. Harrington of Groton moves to amend the bill in section 2 by adding the following item:-

“XXXX-XXXX For the creation of a trust to be made available for the administrator in the town of Groton to cover extreme municipal costs associated with excess land and property damage……………….$300,000.”
