Billerica Boys and Girls Club for capital improvements

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica Moves to amend the bill in item 4590-1507, by adding the following “provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Billerica Boys and Girls Club for capital improvements”. This funding would help complete the build out of a new computer lab for use by hundreds of the club’s students.
