Acushnet Wastewater Treatment Management Plan

Mr. Hendricks of New Bedford moves to amend the Bill is Section 2, in line item 2200-0100, in line 17, by adding the following: "provided that not less than $100,000 shall be expended toward the design and engineering costs associated for the implementation of the Town of Acushnet Wastewater Treatment Management Plan" and in said item by striking out the figures "$40,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$40,100,000".
