Decisions at Every Turn

Mr. Lewis of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, in line 42, by inserting after the word "17" the following:

"provided that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Decisions at Every Turn Coalition, Inc." and by striking out the figure "$161,689,276" and replacing it with "$161,739,276".
