Amendment #125 to H5150

CAPIC Emergency Services

Representatives Vincent of Revere and Ryan of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7004-0099, by adding at the end the following:

"; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended annually for provision of emergency services that provide domestic violence intervention, workforce development, housing assistance, operation of food vouchers, winter coats for kids and holiday dinners operated by Community Action Programs Inter-City, Incorporated for the communities specified in item 7004-0099 of section 2 of chapter 68 of the acts of 2011"

; and further, in the same section and same line-item, by striking the number “$7,528,502” and inserting in place thereof the following new number:- “$7,778,502.”
