Ms. Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-0250, by adding the following words:  “not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the North Quabbin Community Coalition” and striking out the figures “$13,773,582” and inserting in place thereof the figures “ $13,823,582”.
