Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill by striking out section 2 in item 7006-0020 by striking the figure "14,575,751" and inserting in its place the following figure:- "24,575,751", and further amended by adding at the end thereof the following:- "Provided further, that not less than 10,000,000 herein shall be transferred to item 8800-0200"

Section 2 is further amended by inserting after item 8800-0001 the following new item:-

8800-0220  For relief to homes and businesses destroyed by the June 28, 2020 Super Storm......10,000,000
