South Coast Youth Court Programs

Representatives Hendricks of New Bedford and Cabral of New Bedford move to amend the Bill in Section 2, line item 7061-9611, in line 39, by inserting after “districts” the following: “and provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the South Coast Youth Court programs of New Bedford and Fall River to support juvenile diversion programs based on the principles of peer-led restorative justice."
