Amendment #153 to H5150

Public Safety Employee Death Benefits

Representatives Linsky of Natick and Ciccolo of Lexington moves to amend the bill by adding the following two sections:

SECTION XXXX. Section 100A of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the words “correction officer” in line 21, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, the words “and Department of Public Works employee”.

SECTION XXXX: This act shall take effect as of January 1, 2020.
