Lowell Veteran's Park

Mr. Nangle of Lowell Moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 12, by inserting after the word "duties"  the following;- “provided further that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for a Veteran’s Park in the city of Lowell.” and in said item by striking the figure "$50,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$50,030,000."
