Energy Monitoring Systems in Rental Housing

Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves that the bill be amended by adding at the end thereof, the following new section:

“SECTION  XXX   Section 335 of chapter 164 of the acts of 1997 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the words “installed prior to  July 1, 1997,”
