Amendment #184 to H5150

Free Bus Fares

Ms. Meschino of Hull moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. One cent of the tax per gallon, as defined by section 1 of Chapter 64 of the General Laws, shall be dedicated to provide free bus fares within the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority system. One cent of the tax per gallon, as defined by section 1 of Chapter 64 of the General Laws, shall be dedicated to provide free bus fares within the Regional Transit Authority systems".
