Amendment #186 to H5150

Ferry Service Subsidy

Ms. Meschino of Hull moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. One cent of the tax per gallon, as defined by section 1 of Chapter 64 of the General Laws, shall be dedicated to maintaining and operating the commuter ferry service within the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority system”.
