Amendment #205 to H5150

PPE Oversight Commission

Mr. Honan of Boston moves to amend the bill, H. 5150, by adding at the end thereof the following new section:

SECTION 47.   There shall be a joint oversight Committee made up of members from the House and Senate. The Joint Oversight Committee shall hold a hearing immediately to determine the current supplies for personal protective equipment (PPE) that meet the standards of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) that were in effect on January 6, 2020, held by the Commonwealth, acute care hospitals, and state operated facilities, and determine how each will establish a supply chain and store of at least sixty (60) days of PPE per the standard above.
