Ms. Barber of Somerville moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4590-1507, by adding the following: and provided further that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for Groundwork Somerville to fund programs to support youth during the COVID-19 pandemic”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,900,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$1,950,000”
