Billerica Council on Aging capital improvements

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill

$125,000 for the Billerica Council on Aging for capital improvements.  The Billerica COA is in dire need for several capital improvements including furniture replacement, kitchen improvement, and building accessibility improvements.  These funds would be critically important to support the largest growing demographic in Billerica.
