Mr. Williams of Springfield Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section X, in item xxxx-xxxx, that not less than $5,000 shall be expended to Parent Villages, Inc. for Parent Villages program in Springfield, to provide comprehensive youth development and violence prevention services to at-risk youth.”
