Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section X, in item xxxx-xxxx, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Family Services, Inc. to provide comprehensive youth development and violence prevention services to at-risk youth.”
