Amendment #254 to H5150

Baystate Health Opioid Program

Mr. Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following:

“; provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended to Baystate Health Eastern Region for a grant program to prevent and treat addiction to opioid and related substances.”.
