An act relative to help fund the town of Topsfield COVID-19 relief funds

Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves to amend the bill:

Provided further in Section 2 to add text at the end of line item 4516-1039 that no less than $40,000 shall be expended to the Town of Topsfield for COVID-19 related expenses.
