Lawtown Boxing Gym

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1507, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to the Lawtown Boxing Gym in the City of Lawrence to support the recreational, social, and health benefits the gym provides to low-income and at-risk youth."
