Methuen Arlington Neighborhood, Inc

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0036, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for Methuen Arlington Neighborhood, Inc. to increase and enhance entrepreneurial opportunities, neighborhood investment, revitalization activities, and self-sufficiency of low and moderate income residents of the Methuen Arlington Neighborhood."
