MA Police and Fire Department PPE Grants

Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves to amend the bill:

Provided further that text is added after "federal authorities" in Section 2 line item 8800-0001 that $2,000,000 shall be allocated via a grant program administered through the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency to the police and fire departments across the Commonwealth for PPE supplies and that these funds will be paid for through the Federal Cares Act.
