Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill

$25,000 for Billerica Substance Abuse Committee.  Billerica, like so many other communities has been working hard to combat the opioid epidemic.  The Billerica Substance Abuse Committee is working to bring a pro-active approach to community education and recovery.
