Ms. Barber of Somerville moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900 by inserting the words “provided further, that not less than $25,000 be provided for technology upgrades to the Willis Ave Community Center in the city of Medford"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$163,176” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$188,176”
