Defray costs arising from COVID being incurred by foster parents

Ms. Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, in line 19, by inserting after "flex services" the following: "provided further that funds shall be expended to defray costs arising from the impact of COVID being incurred by foster parents  in order to meet the health, education, and other daily needs of foster children ”
