Mr. Santiago of Boston Mr. Santiago of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 3000-1020 by adding at the end thereof the following:

“and provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended on transitional costs and other one-time quality improvements at Nurtury, Inc. and further amended by striking the figures of “40,012,640” and inserting the figures “40,312,640”.
