Business Development Grant Program in the City of Lowell

Mr. Golden of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-0100, in line 2, by inserting after "development" the following: "provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the Innovation Venture Fund at UMass Lowell for the continued implementation of a business development grant program"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$714,152" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$964,152".
