Topsfield COVID-19 Related Funds

Mr. Hill of Ipswich Provided further in Section 2 to add text at the end of line item 4516-1039 that no less than $40,000 shall be expended to the Town of Topsfield for COVID-19 related expenses and that these funds are paid for through the Federal Cares Act.
