Council on Aging Van for the Town of Boxford

Mr. Mirra of West Newbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, by inserting after the word “means”, the following:- “provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for an accessible van for the Council on Aging in the Town of Boxford.”
