Culverts for the Town of Boxford

Mr. Mirra of West Newbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0100, by adding the following:- “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for culvert consulting services, to measure the metrics and conditions of the structures in the Town of Boxford.”
