Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0012, by inserting after “year-round employment programs" the following:- "; provided further that no less than $250,000 shall be expended for a grant program to St. Mary's Center for Women and Children in Dorchester for workforce development and educational programming for women impacted by COVID-19"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$19,339,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$19,589,000"
