Urban League Springfield Massachusetts

Mr. Williams of Springfield moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in line item 7003-1206, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $400,000 shall be expended for the Urban League of Springfield Massachusetts, Inc.”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,400,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$1,800,000.”
