Amendment #375 to H5150

Providing Relief to Municipalities

Representatives Rogers of Norwood, Kafka of Stoughton, McMurtry of Dedham and Dooley of Norfolk move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XXXX.  Paragraph (ii) of subsection (b) of section 17 of chapter 53 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended after the word "resume" by striking out the remaining words of the sentence and inserting in place thereof the following:-

"May 1, 2021"
