Mr. Hay of Fitchburg Moves to amend section 2 by striking out in line item 8324-0000 the figure $1,200,000 and inserting in place thereof the figure $2,000,000 and said line item is further amended by striking the figure “$28,258,334” and inserting in its place thereof, the figure “$29,047,062.”
