Coordinating essential food service in the City of Chelsea

Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0105, in line 5, by inserting after “banks;” the following:": provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the City of Chelsea, for the coordination of essential food services in the City of Chelsea." ; and in said item by striking out the figures $30,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures $30,100,000
