Representatives Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield and Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7061-9611, in line 39, by inserting after the word “districts” the following: "provided further that not less than $60,000 shall be expended to the City of Pittsfield to support center-based child care"
