Reading Coalition Against Substance Abuse

Mr. Haggerty of Woburn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following: "; and provided further, that no less than $10,000 be expended on substance abuse and addiction awareness and education efforts at the Reading Coalition Against Substance Abuse".
