Quabbin Mediation

Ms. Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill  in section 2, in item 1410-0010, by the following words: "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Quabbin Mediation, to provide veteran mediation training and support services”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$4,337,822" and inserting in place thereof the figures: "$4,437,822"
