Supporting Behavioral Health Success for Children and Youth

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5042-5000, in line 5, by inserting after "settings" the following: "services to address behavioral health needs arising from the impact of COVID-19 including the impact of remote learning, and services to assist school districts in implementing a multitiered system of behavioral health supports, provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to support the School Based Behavioral Health Advisory Council,  and further that not less than $200,000 shall be allocated to the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health to partner with the BIRCh Center to develop a school based behavioral health technical assistance center.” and in said item by striking out the figures "94,530,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures "94,830,000".
