UMass School of Law Tenants Legal Assistance

Mr. Markey of Dartmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0330-0300, in line 26, by inserting after “commonwealth” the following: "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for programs providing direct legal assistance in the area of tenants' rights sponsored by the University of Massachusetts School of Law;"
